Our Mission
Our mission is to simplify the online shopping process and provide a stress-free shopping experience.
To our customers, we promise:
-
Low Prices: We work with manufacturers directly and cut out unnecessary costs so we can offer no-frills prices.
-
Quality Assurance: What you see is what you get. We manually quality check the items we sell before they are packed and shipped to you.
-
Privacy: We implement a strict policy on controlling and limiting access to your personal information.
Best Price and Quality Products
One of the reasons we incorporated this online store is to provide quality products to our customers at low prices. Unlike conventional sellers, we have our own warehouses, and no agent is involved in the procurement process. This allows us to cut unnecessary costs and pass the benefit on to our customers.
Payment Security and Privacy (PayPal and SSL Certificate)
Your online transaction on Lunaracollective is protected with a high level of transaction security. Our store uses SSL encryption technology to help protect your card information while it is securely transmitted via SSL to a secure electronic vault for payment processing. We use PayPal as our payment gateway, which is a widely trusted payment method. We do not share our customers' data with third parties. Data collected is used only for processing and delivering orders.
